This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed on www.highheelher.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). By purchasing products from our Site, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Rules
We accept returns and refunds within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods. Any application beyond the time limit will not be approved.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging, tags, labels and all accessories intact. Used, damaged, stained or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.
Customized, clearance, flash sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product quality problem.
2. Eligible Scenarios for Return & Refund
2.1 Product Quality Issues
If you receive defective products, wrong items, missing parts or obvious damage caused during transportation:
Please take clear photos/videos of the products, packaging and shipping box within 48 hours after delivery, and send them to our customer service via email or site message.
We will verify your application within 2-7 working days. You can choose a full refund, Return for a refund, free replacement or partial compensation.
We will bear the return shipping cost for quality-related issues.
2.2 Personal Reasons (Change of Mind / Unsuitable Size/Style)
If you want to return goods due to personal preference, inappropriate size or style:
You need to apply for return permission from our customer service first.
Customers shall be responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees paid when placing orders are non-refundable.
Items must comply with the intact requirements stated in Article 1.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer service to submit return application, and provide your order number and relevant proof materials.
Wait for our approval and obtain the designated return shipping address. Do not send items without prior approval.
Pack the products properly and send them back with a tracking number. Please keep the shipping receipt.
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 2-7 working days.
4. Refund Arrangement
All refunds will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time depends on your payment provider and bank processing rules, which usually takes 5-15 working days.
Partial refund: If you only apply for a partial refund for your order, the corresponding amount will be returned according to the agreed terms.
Combined orders: If you return part of items in a combined order, the original preferential discount will be recalculated accordingly.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to reject return and refund requests under the following circumstances:
Return application is submitted more than 30 days after goods are received.
Products are worn, washed, damaged, stained, or original tags/packaging are lost.
Goods are intentionally damaged by man-made factors.
Items are customized products, clearance goods or marked as final sale.
Failure to provide valid order information or required proof materials as requested.
6. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
If the package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please file a claim with the logistics carrier first, and notify our customer service in a timely manner.
We will assist you to follow up the logistics compensation process.
